Stuck during a quest with Madison/Ashley?

Hello, could anyone help me with this quest where Madison asks me to prank on Ashley, I did everything Madison asked, managed to get Ashley to her room and take her clothes to put the into the washer, mixed the laxatives with the soda and locked all doors, then I went back to Ashley to give her that mixed soda before giving her clothes back, but while Im trying to do that, my character doesn't do it instead says "Madison would want to see this I should make sure she is free" or something like this... I went to Madison I thought there would be a dialogue where I can let her know I managed to put Ashley's clothes into the washing machine and she is about to run outside naked but I do not have any new dialogue with Madison, neither with Ashley.. so Im stuck there, cant give the soda because of that "Thought" my character has and if I give her clothes back, then I fail the prank... any tips?

You've gotten Madison involved in some other content (or she's on the cusp of being involved in something important), or she's been engaged in some way by another NPC.

How can we Re-enable laxatives from console Command and add back
to inventory
