CANT SLAP FRANK AWAKE

I'm using this guide and I am up to leah, part 2 but every time I go to slap him awake it just says "he could foil my plans, lets not wake him just yet" any ideas?

I believe that's when you're pursuing Vickie's content. The thought bubble/hint should be pretty specific.

I just finished vickie's content and am trying to wake up frank for the snake and the thought bubble just says not to wake him up yet but I think my game may be bugged out as i couldn't finish kathrine's content either (I would expose myself to everyone and made sure I got everyone even vickie as i thought she was the problem but the option to tell her that I did it never came up) so I think I might have to uninstall and start fresh :/

You shouldn't need to uninstall, it's totally possible you ran into a valid bug. I've got two other reports recently of "exposing to Katherine" not working, so I need to look into that when I get a chance. Another thing you can try is grabbing the "pink toy" from the upper left corner of Madison's closet, inspecting it after it's in your inventory, and then clicking on it again to enable its...special mode. You can then poke Frank with it to wake him up. I don't recall if I applied the same wake-up restrictions to that, but if not, it will wake Frank up.

If that fails, you may need to restart. Are you getting any error messages on the title screen?
