Did they really remove the other options to get panties?

I'm doing the 4th part of the scavenger quest but I can't find any panties, I have sealed the deal with Ashley so can't prank her and get them from the laundry, you used to be able to take them from her when you banged her but not she's just naked under her dress. Are there really only 1 option to get panties now :(

No, we didn't. You can get them from Ashley still, and Vickie. But your choices will affect when certain items might be available.
