Bug with the Merlot bottle...

After picking it up it always pop into my screen and i cant do anythin anymore other trying to inspect it or combine it which both do nothing there. Loading helps but it happens again and again.
This happens pretty much when i walk around or talk to someone and so on.

Edit: Scrolling through the inventory till you are seeing it helps getting it away but it happens again later.
