How do we get rid of Frank?

Edit: A list of things I've tried as I try them that don't work.

1) ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on Frank

2) Make Frank walk through the fire

I think you need to get Frank in the Garage so something falls on him, but still don't know how to do that though

My bet is you have to give him the tampered soda to make him sick and leave. I just can't figure out how. Ugh. Frank is such a ♥♥♥♥.

You can wait for Patrick to leave the room and then talk to Frank and say "Patrick called you a.. bla bla" and Frank will go beat him up again, allowing you to pick the wine up.

doesnt work for me, the guy just said something like he is so afraid of Frank that he can't pick up the wine even Frank isnt there...

(Spoilers) I managed to befriend both Katherine & Frank... Later Katherine asks for booze and Frank says he'll let you take some bottles if you can get him a topless pic of Kath. She agrees but only if you get a camera and if there's no one else in the room. I found the camera... but don't know how to get rid of the crowd; tried to tamper with the thermostat but it doesn't work.
