Issue with Express Yourself

Got to the point with Katherine where she says that I have to flash everyone before things will go any further. I then took off my character's clothes and ran around in front of everyone. There is no acknowledgement from Katherine. I've tried it many times but still nothing. I make sure everyone comments before moving on to the next person. Still nothing. I've just stood there. Nothing. Now Leah has jumped over the fence, and I'm not sure what are the specific requirements for this quest to complete.

Am I not doing this correctly or is it a bug where the game is not counting the interactions?

For "Express Yourself", you need to flash the following people: Amy, Ashley, Brittney, Derek, Frank, Katherine, Leah, Madison, Patrick, Rachael, and Stephanie. After that, you should have a dialogue option open up for Katherine to continue on.
