can't log in

I wanna download designs from other people, but I can't log in in-game, just keeps telling me my password or something is wrong
I created an account and I know I type the correct email and password

That's sad. :( We want you to be able to download designs too! If you have time to open a ticket in #create-ticket on our Discord[discord.gg], we can help you get to the bottom of this. One tip that you may already know. This is a different account than the forums account. You can use the same email address if you want, but you'll have to make a new one, if you're trying to login with a forum.eekllc.com account.

Even more weird, I cannot even create an account. I tick the box on the right to create this as new account and it says password missmatch...

One thing you can try - if you're using _ as your special character, try a different one. We are having an issue with _ when trying to register in game. You can also register at https://my.eekllc.com/Account/Register
