Katherine Quest Bug

I'm at the part of the quest where you have to flash everyone at the party to progress, but Leah isn't reacting to being flashed and thus for some reason the dialogue option to continue Katherine's story doesn't appear. Everyone else says their dialogue, sometimes multiple times but Leah's the only one that says her stuff once and only once.

I tested it out by restarting the whole party and she does have dialogue when being flashed the first time so I guess if you already accidentally flashed her before starting the quest you can't do it again and thus the quest can't continue?

Don't know if anyone else is getting this bug

There is a current bug that can prevent you from getting credit with Leah for Katherine's "flash everyone" opportunity, but it only takes effect if you're also pursuing the early parts of Leah's content and have not progressed yet. If you've got "Snake in the Grass" in progress, try moving through that opportunity a bit more, then flash Leah again. Also bear in mind that NPCs only react to be being flashed once every couple of minutes or so (to prevent reaction spam), so try moving that opportunity forward and give Leah a minute before flashing again.

Thanks, I forgot to post an update that it did reset once I finished the Snake quest
