Game Grumps emote looping

Hi Devs, I got a bug on my play through and it's really starting to annoy me since Arin is just stuck emoting his Bwwaahh noise over and over and I cannot talk or interact with them in any way to progress their quest.

I have debug log too.

Basically this happened after they crash land the party, about 5 minutes or so letting them hang around, the moment Dan asks you to see what's wrong with Arin and he's been doing it ever since. Not sure how I can make him snap out of it since I cannot give Dan or Arin any items and throwing the start bombs or any other item doesn't do anything

Well, actually, that tells me what's going on currently, now that you're experiencing the issue. Unfortunately I'm still not sure how he ended up there. Do you have a save made prior to running into this problem?

That would be amazing. Unfortunately, this should (hopefully, for other users) be a difficult issue to reproduce.

I figured it out, I was supposed to punch Arin as the painting in the living room hypnotises him.

That is true, but he should never make it into the room where Stephanie dances. Once the BWWAAAAOOOOO hypnotize bit starts, he should stay in one spot by that painting until you punch him.

I just want you to know that it is February 2024 and I have had them stop by the painting maybe once. They love to do it in front of the TV by the front door, by the gazebo, by the firepit, and in front of the hot tub.

They also love to be completely naked from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

My assumption is that they're free to move until one of them can teach Not Chet, and then they finally sit in place and start making their noise.
