Can't use Dusty Penguin with the dresser.

I look at the dresser and click "Use with.." I select the "Dusty Penguin" and it says "You can't do that" ....

I'm not sure what to do? Is it a bug or am i missing something?

Can you detail what you did before this issue occurred?

I think Madison needs to tell you about putting the penguin on a "lit pedestal" before you can actually put it there. Try talking to her again.

you have to ask Ashley to use it. If you don't you can add it to you inventory
