Express yourself opportunity not working
im not getting any reactions from exposing myself. ive tried reloading the save multiple times but nothing is working
ive even tried starting a new game and there are still no reactions

there was no dialogue from the characters or notification for doing it, even when i did it to everyone

I suggest listening to the dialogues and the background conversations or checking the guide for anything that you may have missed.

Chiming in here to say that this happened to me too. I tried it three times and got no reactions from anyone while exposing myself. I was still able to tell Katherine I had flashed everyone and complete her quest, but there was no dialogue during the flashing.
