game won't download
When I pull up the downloading screen,it's missing the estimated time it'll take to download the game and it's missing the bytes needed and the bytes you have. I've tried swapping the download file I was using, nothing. And then when I download it, it downloads in around 1 sec, and then I click 'Play' and it tells me it can't be played because it's missing executable. I've tried clearing download cache, and nothing. Any suggestions?

Hmm, we really thought we fixed missing executable. Is this 32 or 64-bit Windows?

Also, moving to Bug Reports. Thank you. I will yell at the dude who does the main things.

Alright we saw a discrepancy in the Steam Control Panel (our side of things). Give it another try (from an uninstall/fresh point) and let us know if it works?

Edit: typo.

Alright. Sorry to hear that. We seem to be getting the report almost exclusively from 32-bit users, but on our end things look fine for 32 and 64-bit. We have an outlet to approach Steam about the issue so we're going to reach out to them and see what we might have missed.

Ok, are you one of the developers of the game?

...That's actually a line we were going to add to Rachael's storyline, after she accepted she's essentially in the Matrix.

Awesome! The game looks really fun to me, sadly though, I'm requesting a refund due to it not working :/ Which sucks, it looked really fun

Do you think, by chance, that if I were to reinstall and buy it after refunding it, that it work?
erasmus  [developer] Jul 18, 2017 @ 5:26pm
I doubt it. Honestly, do what you gotta do. We aren't restricting any of our boards to owners-only, and the website will always stay updated with the latest release notes, so if you want to check in after another week (we've got 1 day to fix before our lead dev travels and IDK what the interaction with Steam will be like) and re-purchase when we update on the issue that's cool.

If you haven't refunded yet, please uninstall and try a fresh install again. We made one more change prior to reaching out to Steam. Hoping this fixes it.
