Rachel bug?

So im doing the quest dare interference, and ive gotten to the point where you get Rachel to flash you. However, Rachel has asked me to follow her to the empty area outside the house and is just pacing in circles instead of proceeding with the quest. I tried leaving, which made her say "oh, i guess he wasnt interested" I came back and then it worked and she flashed me. It happened again when she is supposed to get fully naked, however when I left and came back it didnt fix the situation like it did last time.

Weird, yeah not intended. Was this by any chance a mod of the Original Story (you would have had to download it from our forums)?

What other opportunities/story tasks were you pursuing, if any?

What content have you completed thus far?

Are you using the normal/NON-beta Steam version of the game (there should not be a number or any text next to "House Party" in your game library)?

If I remember correctly there were no tasks quests active, nor had I completed any, I was just starting a new playthrough. My house party says [0.10.4] next to it.

I wasnt playing a mod either, I do have mods installed but this was the vanilla game

Ok, it shouldn't say anything next to the game title in the Steam Library interface/tab. You've probably got a beta/testing version of 0.10.4 active still. Right click on the game, go to Properties, then Betas, and make sure you have "None" selected, then hit the Close button. We pushed a pathing hot fix to the live version of 0.10.4 a few days after the release so you may be missing that update.

Actually I was just told that both live and the 0.10.4 branch are identical at this time. Was there an NPC standing where Rachael was trying to go, or perhaps were you at first standing right on the spot she tries to get to?

I think I may have outrun her to the spot since ive done this path before and knew where she was going. Even after backing up I watched her for a solid 5 minutes walk in a circle around where she was supposed to stand. Like there was an invisible pole she was walking around

Hmm, yeah she should have attempted to go back to the location after less than 5 minutes. We'll look into it. Thanks!
