Problems with the new launcher

Hello

I have a little problem with the latest version of the game that have the launcher with the characters dancing.

In summary my computer can only turn it in low but a friend has to pass the graphics in medium and the game crash.

I can no longer access the game settings to change it because my graphics card (Ati Redeon HD 7600 series for Windows 7 32bit) crash. but I still have the song of music with a black screen.

I tried to delete all the files in the game nothing changes

there is a possible to change off launcher or another solucion to get it back to low graphics.

Please help me and thank for your future response

Hi there, you can hold ALT right after pressing the Play button (so double click/Press Play to run, and immediately hold ALT) and you will get the classic Unity launcher window. This should allow you to at least set the primary graphics setting back to the lowest setting.

I manage to put in low but the problem and that my new graphis card still crash while with my old which is half as powerful it turn very badly.

do you have an idea why?

So the HD 7600 is the new card?

Can you access the crash/error log and output_log? You can find the most recent error log in:

C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\LocalLow\Eek\House Party\Crashes

It will be in the most recently created/labeled folder.

The output_log can be found one folder up from that:

C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\LocalLow\Eek\House Party

On the box of graphics card it says she went out between 2015/2016.

I install them yesterday at the palce of my original card (ati radeon hd 2400 pro) or the game run in windowed 1024X768 in low.

After installing the card I did a test with the old configuration of the game I used (so very weak) and the game worked very well.just after my friend wanted to do a test in medium and nothing more is wrong

Alright, unfortunately the logs are not giving much info. First of all, please try updating your graphics drivers. I believe AMD is on 15.7.1 now.

Are you running the Steam overlay in conjunction with House Party, or any other programs that use an overlay like streaming software or performance monitoring software?

Are you having any issues with other games or programs?

after several attempts with other games I follow that the problem also happened after a while.
So I wondered if my graphics card did not have a defect and this was the case

It had a defect that blocked it in its calculations which caused the crash of the game and for some freeze (jI buy them August 29, 2018 I was unlucky, I'm falling on a faulty model)

A friend to buy the game via gamejolt, my I integrate them in the library of Steam.

I wish to thank you and apologize for having made your time.
