Patrick is missing!

I let Frank punch Patrick for the merlot, but after I load the save to that point, Patrick was missing!

So I've tried to convince Frank to punch him again and the result is Frank walk around his foot.

Hey, Patrick probably got stuck in a wall when recovering from being knocked out. You can open up the command console (` or ~ on US Keyboards, ö on some non-US keyboard layouts) and type (no quotes) "warpto patrick player" and that should bring him right to you. He should continue walking around and doing his thing after that.

right now I make hi comeback but I ca'nt get a phone from him. I tried to make Frank punch him, but now Frank just take a pose and can't hit Patrick! What's happening!

What do you mean Frank "takes a pose"? Is Patrick fully inside the house and standing/walking on the floor or ground? Is Patrick on the stairs?

Try warping Frank to Patrick via the console: "warpto frank patrick" that will put him within punching range and he should start hitting Patrick. Make sure BOTH characters are inside the house.

If the issue continues you may need to restart with a new game :( We are working on addressing this issue of characters getting stuck in surfaces/walls or clipping into things.
