With only 1 or 2 NPCs the system is not swapping out the player movement.
With a full load of NPCs demands, when the PC gets too busy, it may be so busy that the players process may get briefly interrupted?
Are you running any other processes in the background that could be grabbing system resources the game also wants to use?
In the original story, try using the following console command (hit ' or ~ key) and press Enter after:
warpto all Vickie
You should notice all the characters are gone. How does the game feel then?
We'll take a look into the movement animations and input system and see if there's something going wrong there.
You may want to look into downloading the diagnostic software from the SSD manufacturers website to make sure the SSD is working OK. Most SSD makes have it for free on their websites. Check firmware level, etc. For the motehrboard as well.
Yea i know its rly weird. My SSD is pretty new. I think it works fine, cause i haven't had these kind of problems in other games but will check that.
