Section T3 is relevant to the issue you're experiencing. Usually this is an anti-virus issue, anti-ransomware issue, or other security software conflicting with the connection to our servers. AVG, Avast, Comodo, BitDefender, etc. have all proven to cause issues at times. Could also be Windows Firewall, or a wider array of network configuration settings. The game needs to be able to hit our server, in short.
