Cannot Untie Ashley's Top

I'm stuck on the Ashley/Madison prank progression. I've completely progressed through the Madison painting/portrait, gotten the bj, and Madison has asked me to untie Ashley's top. The message I receive is: "I can wait at least a few more minutes for those antics." The "Change of Heart" objective has failed because I pranked her.

I did, however, wash her clothes, return them to her (after the prank).

I don't know what other quest lines could be blocking this progression. Any help?

Hey sorry for the delayed response. Are you also pursuing the Madison Drunk and Disorderly content, where she follows you around after you give her a bunch of beers?

This line: "Value": "I think I can wait at least a few more minutes for those ant****...antics. ***."

is only used when the following are true:
-Ashley's Dialogue 12 ("Text": "You *****ng ***hole! Get the *** away from me!") was not shown.
-Madison's MadisonBeJudging value is set to 1 (this is set when Madison gets drunk enough at the end of her Drunk and Disorderly).
-The Player value PlanOnHold is set to 1 (set whenever Ashley pauses the prank against Madison because you took her top off and haven't made up for it yet, when she has you help her change, or when you grope her outside of intimacy and before she's really into you)

Any of this ring a bell?

I have not given anyone at the party alcohol, so nobody is drunk (even Patrick has sobered up).

I'm not sure about the PlanOnHold one, because I'm not doing Ashley's prank against Madison. I pranked Ashley instead. Let me see if I can recall my order of events here.

I spoke to Ashley, retrieved her phone and returned it to her.
Spoke to Madison, agreed to prank Ashley.
Gave the towel to Ashley, washed and dried the clothes. Locked all bathroom doors, gave her the tainted soda, and watched as she ran around naked.

Then, I returned her clothes to her.
I have done all the Madison art sculpture stuff, scored with Madison, and then started pursuing Rachel's quest line.

The only way Madison will give me the phone number I need is if I untie Ashley's top. (I have accidentally "secured" the top previously).

That's all I can recall that would have anything to do with this.

Alright. I'll look into it but I'm not sure how that would fire off without all criteria met. Thanks!

Oh, I was mistaken about one of the criteria:

-Madison's MadisonBeJudging value is set to 1 (this is set when Madison gets drunk enough at the end of her Drunk and Disorderly).

This should have said IS NOT SET to 1.

But still, the PlanOnHold statement does apply and at least based on the criteria, this thought bubble occurring isn't a bug. It just might be too restrictive. Did you grope Ashley at any point? I'll have to play through this sequence of events and see what I find.
