Katherine gets stuck in a loop (cellphone jammer on).

Just found this bug when doing the quest to get a topless picture of katherine for frank and turning the jammer on. Katherine does her usual routine of walking around the house to find cell service. It's only when she walks into the room where Brittney is, pausing the game and going back into it that she gets stuck in a loop saying she has no service and your character only/always responds with "Always a pleasure, katherine".

What do you mean by "pausing the game"? Do you mean opening the game menu with the ESC key, or saving, then reloading that game?
