a display of affection achievement?

does anyone know how to do/get the Valentines DLC achievement?
Is it just for a specific character or something?

Some people are saying that you have to do the penguin quest (Artsy Fartsy) with Madison, lose the competition with Derek and give the chocolates to Madison after losing, I did that but I didn't get the achievement...

It would be nice if the devs released a guide on how to unlock all the achievements, sometimes we have to wait months for someone to get interested and go through the game files to find out how to unlock them.

I got this to trigger the other day. The timing is oddly specific I gave it to her during the Smooth Operator quest where she is in the bathroom. As soon as I calmed her down I gave it to her. It triggered about 10 minutes later when I inspected (or maybe just saw) the box of chocolates on the nighstand next to her bed. Took me maybe six tries to find the timing.

I got this achievement the other day, but I couldn't tell you how, sorry.
What Valgoat and Tanuvein are saying is what I done also, so I think its related to those objectives.

I'm not sure it has a time limit for it to happen.
I was just looking through my inventory and was wondering what the chocolates were for.
And of all the people I decided to just give them to Madison, pure luck how I got the achievement as I didn't intend to get it.

I got this achievement by starting a new game with only the Valentine's Day DLC enabled. Go upstairs to Madison's room. There's another box of chocolates on the table on the right side. Pick them up and give them to Madison. The achievement popped up after a few minutes.

Yup, Valentines DLC enabled, loaded a game that was after just meeting all the guests, gave the box of chocolates to Madison and it worked.

Yeah Madison is the character that this quest is about. I assumed it would be Katherine considering how her character is all over the Valentines DLC video.
Keep on her good side during the initial conversations. Give her the chocolates in your inventory, she will be pleased. After this, the chocolates should appear opened on the locker on the right side of her bed.
Look at them closely to get the achievement.
In hindsight I can see why eek didn't really publicise this too much. At the end of the day, it's pretty weak, but oh well.

I was given the box when loaded into a game. You need to have the 1st conversation with Madison (introduce yourself). She will tell you to give her some time and then you can give her the box of chocolate. Achievement poped like 10 seconds later.

Giving the chocolate box to Ashley also works. It'll be on the desk in her bedroom.
