I got the success, so here is how i did it:

First i did the "charming Madison", like speak to everyone and finally after ashley and patrick are trashtalking her art, when she goes hiding in her bathroom you know.
So just after this i gave the chocolate i had in my inventory and like 5minutes later i had the success.

But it may be a glitch because it is sais that it normally unlock an easter egg and i didnt had anything (she was just sitting on the couch and i dont even know if this was in link or not), so try it and see. I guess you have to give it to a person after charming of complete the relation? at least i've got the achievment by doing what i just said. so go for it and see...
