If you're doing the v19.4 hookup (the first time) you have to give her all the crap she asks for and then leave the room, close the door and lock it behind you. Then listen for things to start getting interesting in that room before entering. Don't unlock the door and then open it, use the "open...." option instead. Then sit back and watch how much of a freak she really is.

For repeat encounters, just make sure the door is closed and locked and nobody else is in there (check the bathroom, sometimes the Game Grumps go in there to do whatever it is they do in bathrooms).

Yep, it's the empty vodka bottle in the liquor cabinet. Just make sure you INSPECT it first, and then ask Frank if you can take it. If you just grab it, he will rough you up.
