Some of the games made by illusion are similar, but that usually requires some kind of translation from Japanese, which makes things way harder to set up. From what I've seen this game is a bit unique, since so many of the other adult games on steam go full bizarre with really weird fetishes.

Following and adding :

XStoryPlayer by X Moon Productions is one of the best of its kind as I've seen for a realistic 3D Adult Only game, where it's more sandbox and free of movements in its space.

Otherwise, there's Bonetown, for different reasons but still a must for sure in the AO genre.
