This is something I was going to bring up as well!
I wish there was more in-depth romance for the male characters in general- the lack of male companions in the game is a little upsetting, but I still enjoy what it has to offer!

Was it a threesome with Brittney? It's been a long time since I played, but all I remember is her just watching and maybe getting busy with Lety while MC watches. And yeah, VR Patrick can be done, but it's just a replica. Ironically, he's the easiest to get with as Female MC.

Yeah, once you unlock Vickie, you can choose any other person for a threesome aside from the guest appearances. Any of the original characters.
