How do you stop Patrick from Moving in on Lety?

Not sure what to do when Patrick interrupt after Brittney and Lety Make out. Throwing firecrackers at him don't seem to wok. Punching him makes no sense since you fail all his missions. Then wiping my thing out don't seem to work either. So idk how to break the mood game doesn't give me alot time to figure it out.
So if someone can tell me what to do that would be great.

You can't talk to him in that scene if you meant get someone to beat him up? Not sure enough time to get someone to walk over and smack him

Isn't that one of the times you can "reverse pickpocket" Patrick?
The hot peppers, which I think you have to pick up again after Brittney drops them. I seem to recall that was one way to stop Patrick.

not sure entirely what you mean i sobered him up stealing his wine and giving him coffee. Not sure him being drunk or not would make a difference.

Well you give those Peppers to Brittney then she makes out with Levy. Then after there done Levy talks to me again triggering the scene with Patrick so not sure how that's possible. Plus when he butts in the conversation and they start talking you have no option to give or talk to them.

okay for this there are multiple ways to do this.
1. grab peppers then put them in patrick's pocket (crouch then put item in back pocket, I think there is an option to do so)
2. tell frank to beat patrick up
3. tell madison to beat patrick up
4. beat patrick up

yeah was certainly tempting for me and probably would work. If done when generally everything in the game has been completed. Since afterwards Rachael and Lety give you the option to burn the house down, thus ending the game, So i imagine relationship level wouldn't really matter at that point.
