Can you tell me which option is for character customization?

Unable to find character customization options, do you want to download DLC?

It is at the main menu. There should be 3 buttons under whatever character is dancing. Two arrow buttons letting you swap characters and a third button that lets you customize them.

the person might be having the same issue as me. I click the custom button and it zooms in but both customization options are greyed out and unusable

Did you create a new preset? It won't let you edit the default one. You need to make a new one to be able to change it.

So how do you show it in game because I made a custom clothes but when I load a save it’s not showing the new clothes not even when I start a new game
