Briefcase problem

Hello, i can't see special boob option in the briefcase. I've found 4 clues, notebook with Patrick notes and still i have only 2 options, investigate and touch boob but second option says that i don't have permission. I talks with everyone and still can't find any solution. Any advice what to do more?

Yeah i know, i was even watching some let's plays from youtube and they had 3 option on brief case, and i have only 2.

I had the same issue, with slight differences. I picked up the clues out of order and got the case earlier than expected (using the broom.) Had Frank open it and found the new "secret boob" option (and failed it once.)
When I got back on track with the quest clues, note, etc., the "secret" option was gone.

I ended up replaying from before I picked up the case and gathered all the clues first.

The DLC is so beyond broken it's not even fun to play. 10/10 would never buy until fixed
