Dell Inspiron 3668 is a pre-built Desktop PC, comes with GeForce GTX 1650 Super, which is slightly more powerful than House Party's recommended GPU which is GTX 1060. So they can definitely run this game at maxed settings, considering also their CPU and RAM.

you should also mention its a 4gb vs 6gb vram... aside that your are right. and vram can make a lot of difference here...even if the gpu is in fact faster it will be still like a rtx 3050 trying to take on my 1660 ti mobile..the vram will make a huge impact
