No explicit content in Germany?

I just read in the reviews that the game in Germany does not have explicit content and is always censored. Is that correct? If so, there are two reasons why I will really refund it. First the missing German subtitles, now the censorship?! Or was this Mr. just wrong?

You can't use VPNs in order to bypass regionblock on Steam since your region is linked with your payment method.

The Link to gamesplanet ist reachable and they also write how to enable the DLC in Germany after purchase.

you can use vpn -> change store location -> use the link and buy it this way

Patch das Spiel einfach. Auf Nexus gibt es einen und er ist auch sehr einfach zu installieren.

tried but it didn´t work, could be due to the time elapsed and the updates from the game but anyways it didn´t work for me
