Well, I never noticed there is this mechanic to grab naked people on chest and butt.

Now after playing around with that a bit I only got negative reactions from girls (big shock), so I do wonder, outside of pov sex, is there any positive reaction, maybe with a high romance state?

Also I found that Katherine immediately beats you to death when grabbing her, Leah does it on repeated offense and I think you can get Amy to leave the Party for good this way. The others just seem to lower their friendship score for it or is there another extreme reaction you can provoke?

I think most characters will have a positive reaction in a high romance state, with a few exceptions. (I think Katherine never likes it, possibly Leah too)
It is possible some might react differently with people around. I need to experiment more to find out.

There is one time where you actually NEED to grope someone that I am aware of.

I think you're refering to Lety, right? But the gropping can be done differently in this case, there is a menu item when left-clicking.

Now I want to try out what insane Snake Lady Leah does, she might like it too ;-)
