1.0.1 Release Notes Answers the Doja Cat Nudity Question

Based on this, it sounds like Doja Cat will not be able to remove any clothing. Not the answer anyone was hoping for, but at least now we know.

EDIT: For clarity, and as Don mentioned below, this was also in the release notes:

Asexual NPCs will be prevented from being included in any sex cutscenes that do not explicitly designate them as involved by default (as a default Star or NPC1, etc.). At this time this only applies to the Game Grumps, but additional Characters in the future may also be affected by this change

I misread the part about "...that do not explicitly designate them as involved by default" so it sounds like Doja Cat may or may not be involved in any cutscene events, you just won't be able to put her in cutscenes with commands.

As SSXMattX said, I suppose this just means that you won't be able to remove her clothes via console commands, which I falsely assumed meant her clothes would not be removed at all.

In other words, all these release notes confirm is that the ability to manipulate Doja Cat via console commands will be very limited, with no ability to remove her clothing or put her in cutscenes, but that does NOT confirm or deny whether any scripted story events will involve her being in cutscenes or her clothing being removed.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.

On a side note, the line I quoted from the release notes originally has been changed, it now reads:

All this says is that you aren't able to remove her clothing via the console command, which kinda makes sense. There's probably a difference between what Eek! is technically allowed to do with her character vs letting players do whatever they want. I would assume Doja would have to sign off on anything they put in the game.

This IS correct.

This patch note was either inadvertently or purposefully left out:

"Asexual" is an internal Character Property that simply means Characters with the Property flagged "on" have finely controlled restrictions on what intimacy or nudity events they will respond to. It establishes a baseline of behavior which we can then customize a little, as opposed to having to finely tune many, many mechanics with references to specific Character(s).

Release notes are not to be confused with official confirmations of what kinds of content will be in House Party.

Official confirmation of all the wild antics Doja Cat will get up to will be forthcoming.

Never said there was a problem, just trying to determine what the DLC will contain. Once we actually know for sure people will be able to make an informed descision on whether to buy the DLC or not.

We still don't know, since I misunderstood the patch notes. What we know is that you won't be able to "bang or get Doja Cat nude" using console commands. You may or may not be able to do either of those things through normal gameplay by progressing her story. Hopefully we will find out more about her story soon.
