What is the quickest way to unload this annoying doooood ?

Do you care about being able to get achievements and/or being able to do anything in the game that requires him? If no, open the console (press `~) and type "disablenpc frank" and he will cease to exist.

If you don't want to go that far, you can get the bathroom key then tell him someone has alcohol and go wait for him in a bathroom. Once he's in try to get out and lock the door with him inside.

OR, you can complete events such as Leah's story, Derek Smash, and/or having him break down the bathroom door for Katherine. If he gets knocked out enough (3 times I think?) he will stay down until you manually wake him up with the Vibatron 3000.

OR, you can complete the nail in the coffin opportunity to make him leave the party.

Also, even if Frank is out of the way Leah will still attack you for drinking, unless you do nail in the coffin in which case she doesn't care anymore after Frank leaves. Or you can do her dark side path so she won't care, but then you will have naked snake Leah sitting on your face at random intervals.

if you dont want to use console and get the achievements, do what i do. get the upstairs bathroom key, tell him you found someone with alcohol, run up into the bathroom and wait. When he walks in run past him and lock him in, just be careful if you want to do the route with Derek and his girl. He will take the key and it will be lost, you also have to be careful since leah will still get upset if you grab the alcohol. hope this helps
