Yes. When playing as a male character it is possible to have MM sex with each of the 3 male characters. There are storylines for Derek and Frank which lead to a repeatable scene with each of them. You can only have sex with Patrick in Compubrah VR. You can not have sex with Arin or Dan. There are also MMF threesomes, however the two male participants to not engage in anything with each other, only with the female participant.

Likewise, when playing as a female character you can have lesbian FF sex with any character in the game, as well as a few different FFF and FFM threesomes.
