Go back and forth between Amala & Madison. When Mads doesn't mention her neighbour, and Amala is repeating herself, start talking to everyone else. Most will have a question about 'the neighbour'. When you finally get a response that sounds meatier than the others, talk to Madison again. You'll also need some other evidence as well. Just make sure you do this BEFORE getting Katherine the rum, if you get my meaning
