Does House Party actually has an ending?

I follow the walkthrough (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1283977160), I did everything except for:
1) I was unable to have sex with Rachael after Dare her via spoofed text message;
2) I did not receive blowjob from Frank and decided for 'Nail in the Coffin' instead of 'Budding Bromance';
3) I decided not romancing Derek, after 'Catch up at the Gazebo', I skipped to '45 - Vickie, Part 8'

When I reached the 'Get Pegged by Katherine', near the end of the walkthrough, the line 'Choose either option - Your fate is already sealed' was not available.
After that, trying VR sex with Lety doesn't allow the option 'Bang' and Frank is not in Compubrah to complete 'The F**kening'.

Is there an ending for this game? Is there something else that I have to do in order to finish the game?

House Party doesn't really have an ending. Every single playthrough will start the same way, but they all branch off into their own little stories. It's impossible to complete every single opportunity in one playthrough, and the party doesn't end unless you get knocked out or the house burns down, so it's up to you to decide when you're "done" with a particular playthrough or with the game as a whole.

A good rule of thumb if you're indecisive is to try and unlock all the achievements in order to call the game "finished." Alternatively, try making challenges or playing around with the combat/masturbation systems. Have fun, basically! It's a bit of a sandbox, after all.

The end game is basically just a sandbox. By the time you get through a major questline, you've usually made enough choices to kind of either put you on track for other content, or completely block off other content. At that point, you can just enjoy the state the game is in in the sandbox setting. That's basically the "ending".
