After she finds out that Frank is lying to her, did you tell her to go down the dark path? That's the major branch that determines which ending you get.

I did that and still Frank has the snake instead of Leah.

If you told her to go down the dark path, she will disappear and the next time you see her should have the snake around her neck. When she finds the sword, did you convince her that someone was out to get her?

No, I also told her to go down the dark path and have the same result, no snake for Leah and Franck on the roof.

When she finds the katana, you need to convince her that somebody is out for her. This will send her crazy and onto the dark path route, so make sure to convince her first.

That's what I did, but it didn't work. Started game from scratch, same result.

I'm trying to figure out what's going wrong as I've only played through Leah's story once. I'll replay it and get back to you, because as soon as you send her down the dark path, that snake should automatically be around her neck.

I went to Leah in the Bush after triggering the Light path, but nothing seems to happen. I don't see Frank on the roof, he stays by the fireplace.
I tried to get Leah out of her trance, the only thing i managed to do to get a reaction was to masturbate in front of her or punch her. She said something but didn't move at all.

Any idea how to get her to react ?

I just want to add to the original post walkthrough that you can get Ashley's key almost immediately after starting the game if you simply run up and untie her top. A short time after this, Katherine will find the dropped key and bring it to you. It costs you a significant amount of Ashley's favor, but there are more than enough opportunities to remedy this later.

Alternatively, you can get the key after completing her Smooth Operator quest (or whichever leads you to her "full" intimacy event.) The key can be found on her desk afterwards.

Bonus trivia: This event or asking Katherine about the microwave after you've inspected it can be used to lead her to another room for the topless photo quest, without having to use (or even pick up) the phone jammer.
Just trigger the event and run to the place you want her to path. She will move to your location without the tedious stop and start normally required for that stage of the quest.

Thanks for the guide but I was confused for like 10 min at the part where you approach naked Leah in the bushes. I got the “...snap her out of whatever state she’s in” message. You skipped over the part where I’m supposed to FLASH HER WITH THE FLASHLIGHT. Then she comes to, gets dressed, and etc. You tell her that you brought Frank outside to apologize for lying, then she follows you go to find him on the roof where Derek was stuck (the art room window).

Head into the art studio with the flashlight QUICKLY, as Leah does not waste time. Go into the closet with the flashlight and find the spray-paint can. Give it to Leah, select the "I'm ready now" option and head into the backyard. Follow Leah around with your flashlight and you will discover a sword.

How do I pickup the Spray Can? Its on the top shelf but cant interact with it.

"Inspect" it by clicking on it and you should have the option to "grab it."
It can be inspected from slightly further away than most other objects, so back away a little if you don't get the prompt.

I'm using the phone as a flashlight, no matter where I stand, I don't get an interact option with the spray paint on the top shelf. Do I have to stand on something or is there another flashlight? Thanks
