So, if one were to install the GBP custom storyline as a mod, would that prevent any of the steam achievements from unlocking?

Achievements cannot be earned in Custom Stories, but merely having it installed won't prevent you from earning Achievements in the Original Story.

THanks for the info! I had it installed as a mod (using option 3 in the description so I could have the voiceovers) so it was a simple task of removing it to knock out those last 3 achievements.
