The New Frank Content...
How do I access it? I have no clue and cant be bothered going through many opportunities just to find the one that unlocks the new content. All I know is that "Frankly I Dont Trust You" might have something to do with it.

To complete Frankly I Don't Trust You, you need to find all 6 alcoholic drinks (Natty Lites and Chardonnay) around the house and return them to Frank to gain his trust.

and that's when I realized... I was playing on 0.18.2. That's why I didn't unlock it.

You can give Frank far fewer beers ;) Frankly I Don't Trust You is a lot different than in the past, and is auto-completed once you reach a certain friendship threshold. As long as you meet the threshold, you're gtg.
