Frank and the liquor cabinet

Why is there no alternative way to get the rum, vodka bottle and Rachael's booz from the cabinet? I tried to be smart and steal those 3 things from the cabinet while everyone was upstairs viewing my 'art', but once Frank is downstairs again I am on his $hitlist and he goes after me.... while nobody saw me steal it and I left all the other liquor in the cabinet.

The combat is horrible in the game so when Frank comes after me it's basically game over and I have to restart the save.

You gotta become friends with him first before trying to take more then 1 item out of the cabinet. After you become friends you can clear out the whole thing.

There's also a handful of other ways to get more than one item, in total, out of the cabinet ;)

Can anyone still check on this? How much friendship do I need to have with Frank so I can steal two bottles at once?

You can increase the friendship all the way just by talking to him and listening to all his conversations about his balls and getting the topless pics of Katherine. Alternatively you can also give his bottles of Natty that you find lying around.
