You don't actually have the ability to enter it yourself. You have to give the phone to Ashley and do what she tells you to find out what it is.

1234 i remember the first time i was trying to figure it out then i find out its 1234 but it dont work like what was said above

when game first released you could but they patched over it cause it was pretty useless

Give the phone to Ashley, she might be intrigued to give you the code if you decide to lend her a hand in getting Madison's diary.

To get that, Get the paper and the pencil. Go to Mad's room and put the paper on this cooking book, Then use the pencil on that paper and collect that paper.

Then open the save, Get the diary. Give it to Ashley. Unlock Madison's phone and save the day! Or something..
