Uncut version update (without patch) is now possible

One thing i cant get is that Japan is on the list?

They have laws where genitalia cannot be shown without pixels if its clear its banned.

In short, yes we would love to. However, we're going to first have to look into how this will affect our Steam Store visibility (based on what we'd have to flag our content as, new filtering system behaviors, etc.). We're already mulling over a few options to either make the uncensored House Party experience either the default for everyone, or at least making it much, much simpler to "patch" the game. We'll keep you all updated as we obtain more concrete information.

Reading about other countries being restricted with DLC. Also, game uncensored without DLC still keeps those on restricted list from playing uncensored. As much as I was initially excited about DLC, it would be best to just keep it like it is with the patch. I don't want to see anyone left out unless you know a workaround to keep this from happening.

This is my sadness as well.. I feel the status quo is best as it skirts laws.. Honestly it really sucks but imagine how much money devs will lose over those countries being banned..

In countries where the laws don't allow you to sell an uncut game it's still possible to release it censored with external DLC.

i dont see a decent reason for that...

once you installed the uncensored patch , it will NOT be deleted and its not necessary to reinstal it everytime.
as the patch go in the "my documents" folder, this folder are almost never modified by update or else.

sooo, you just install the patch once, and forget about it. every update in futur will be automatically uncensored by teh same patch without any manipulations required.

soo i see no reason to change things as they are. downloading the game 1 time, thendownloading the patch 1 time and thats it.
even if you delete the game. you can reinstall it later and still get it uncensored as long you didnt have deleted the eek folder in "my documents".

peoples should be extremly lazy to dont even want to instal a simple txt file that take 10 secondes to instal and nothing else to do anymore.

i dont see a point to have an already uncensored game, other than lazyness...

Yes i understand, but if they made it uncut then a lot of countries would not be legal anymore.

Restricted Countrys:
Cut Version with Uncut Patch and / or DLC (To make it Uncut) with the Option to turn Nudity ON and OFF which can be optaind as Key over the Devlopers Website over Email.

Rest of the World:
Uncut Version with an Option to turn Nudity ON and OFF.
