What do personality commands mean

I know that exhibitionism means not covering up, naked in hot tub, but there are all these other traits (nice, creative, optimistic, perverse etc.) and I don't know what differences they make in-game. Is there some sort of list I can find that explains this?

They relate specifically to back-end behaviors. E.g. what makes an NPC smile or frown when they are near another NPC, as well as what makes NPCs want to roam together to a new area, etc.

No, the 'help' command doesn't go into that much detail. The most important thing to know for Personality traits other than exhibitionism is that the more different two characters are in respect to their traits, the less likely they will be to "hang out" when roaming around, and generally more "outgoing" configurations of traits will lead to automated happy behavior/smiles more often.
