GTA San Andreas with the hot coffee patch, that restores devs hidden sex mini game.
The Witcher series.
Mass Effect series.
Dragon Age series.

A few big names on the PC industry.
Now if you are looking for a more "colorful" experience, then you have to look for some asian games labeled as hentai, some visual novels with uncensored patches and games like this, made by indie westerners devs.
Don't expect quality either, like good physics and animations, since the subject of nudity and sex are still marginalized by a big chunk of vocal society. Sudo-mature adults with their lame excuses of how this subject matters more than fictional violence, wannabe adults that lacks self-criticism and people in general that have too much pride to admit the flaws of their pespectives, is what is keeping this theme as a taboo.

Now, I don't know about what are the intentions of the devs, if they are scammers that just want to release an broken product for quick cash, or if they really want to make something good. If so, they going to need money, and to get it, they need positive feedback and time. Two things that are hard to achieve with these people getting in the way.

In response to our intentions, we have been working hard on House Party for a year and a half now. We have some great programmers on board and we are building a foundation of code to build the future of this game and future titles on. The engine is very flexible and modular, so it will translate well to updates and even future games, and is also the reason we are able to introduce a custom story creator so early in development.

We are well aware that we are lacking in the art and animation department, and that is something we intend to focus on, but is also something (as you mentioned) we need money to outsource for. That was the intent of putting this game on early access. We hope to see the game grow and eventually match the standards of other AAA games in terms of art quality, and stop having to lean on and rely on purchased assets.

Can`t believe you forgot the Nekopara series, Ok it`s a bit messed up as they are girls who are cats or cats who are girls.... Well they have tails. The Steam sold game is censored but a non work safe DLC from the publisher/Dev is also available if thats your thing.

Not forgotten, it is implied at the visual novels part of my post. My intention was to first mention big names in the gaming industry made by westerns. Because some people like to marginalize sexual content to asian subculture.

And about Nekopara, I love nekomimi. If they were real, I would probably marry one. =)
I don't mind anthropomorphism in games or other medias. Seriously, many TV shows that I loved was about it. They are all fictional anyway, so it's just silly to be silly about it.

BTW, hey devs! If you even add character customization to your game, "I can haz" cat ears and tail for the ladies? =^.^=

To be serious, my suggestion is not that silly. =)
In a game about house parties, you can create themes for it, like costumes. Halloween, cosplay, toga, xmas, etc. A lot of reasons to wear different outfits.

Nekopara has no nudity. You have to buy the full game from a totally different site.

+cold wintermoon, You can try Valortha. It's a cheesy dungeon crawler but i heard it has lesbians with penetration.

Just be careful with the system requirements. The Devs of that game forgot how optimization works. Or maybe they did it on purpose :)

If you don't mind venturing off Steam there is an old (and much more basic) freeware game called Ariane. It is static screens like Myst, and is a one on one dating game, but it has a large number of branches. House Party really reminds me of that game, the light hearted sex humour is very similar. I stumbled across it on a Wii Homebrew site years ago when looking for little homemade games to try out, it was a simple PC port and obviously can be played on PC within moments rather than spending ages setting up a Wii!
