Yes, you can. You need to install the Explicit Content DLC on Steam. If you have any trouble with it, there is a pinned post in the Bug Reports section of these forums specific to the DLC.

i have that but the bars are still there during sex only. i have the checkbox and everything but even if its checked the big black bars are still there. again the bars are only there during sex and not when the characters are just plain naked.

checked or unchecked seems to only be toggling the pixelation on and off. when the characters are just plain naked the bar is gone but during the sex acts the bar is there checked or not.

Ok... found solution on forums by someone. Just create .txt document in the install folder where your .exe of game is..... and name it ,,ExplicitContent" Worked for me

That's exactly what the DLC does. That's odd that it didn't work. This could be an antivirus thing or some issue if Steam's end as I'm having a lot of trouble reproducing this

If you are doing it manually, make sure you are adding a .txt (plain text) file, NOT a rich text file.
