They did not ripped off, this house it's an Unity asset and anyone can download it and use it in your game or showcase... All the devs can do is change some furnitures or add new places in the house to make it more unique.

Yep, that's also the case for most of the assets. The game "House Flipper" on Steam for example also uses a lot the assets that House Party uses, because they are all part of Unity asset packages.
