So If I play this game in Thailand now I still can't play this game right? I have read some report in this threads and I notice that everyone who have this problem are live in Thailand

I can't do anything except walking around the house
I can't interact to npc, door and everything and I have low fps issue

My spec
CPU: I7 7700k
GPU: GTX 1060 6 gb
ram : 16 gb

And for your Windows time/calendar, it appears roughly as so, yes? Again, just using different providers here:

If so, then all you need to do is follow the instructions below. These are entirely reversable and should only take a minute to do. Just be sure that you do not currently have any apps running on your PC that are dependent upon using your current date/time format:

  • Right click on the time in Windows, in the bottom right of your screen (the Windows clock). OR, you may also click on your Start Button and simply type "date", and select "Date and Time Settings" when it appears.
  • Go to "Additional Date, Time, & Regional Settings" on the right (you can also shortcut these two steps by just going to "Clock and Region" in the Control Panel)
  • Click on Region.
  • Click on the dropdown for Format, and change it to English (United States), or any other format that uses the Gregorian Calendar (i.e. showing 2019). Then hit Apply, then OK.
  • Close these windows, and then check back in on your time settings in Windows. The format should eventually show as 2019. You do not need to change the time zone.
  • Restart House Party, and you'll be able to play!

See this collection of screenshots for how this was done on a test PC. I was able to reproduce your problem, and then fix it, and then revert back to Thai regional settings very quickly:

We're hopeful that we have a fix in place for 0.13.x.

I am setting up a test account on another computer that will exclusively use the Thai language and regional settings. I will get back to you in a few for a local (on your PC) "fix" or workaround.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.
