Adding uncensor patch?

So i'm following the directions but I can't seem to find the folder they mention on the site. Can anyone help?

I don't think you need to do this anymore, there is a free dlc for this now.

This is correct. But, if for any reason the DLC does NOT work, the old "uncensor patch" approach still works. See below:

The Censorship folder will not exist until you start the game at least once. Furthermore, it is possible that due to directory permission, referencing/customization, or anti-virus/security software complications, the folder will still not be created. But, cross that bridge IF you get to it. Just try running the game once, then checking to see if the folder is present.

You can also simply replicate the functionality of the Steam Explicit Content DLC by placing a plain text (.txt) file called "ExplicitContent" into the Steam install directory:

Do you mean in Steam? On the House Party store page? Or are you looking at the Library view? Can you be more specific this?

He probably means steam, mine has a censor. It shows breast but when they have sex it doesn't xD or that how the game is?

No, that is not how the game is when the Explicit Content patch is in place, OR the "old" uncensor patch. Both approaches work. You either download the DLC, or follow the instructions on our website to fully uncensor the game. Once that is done, there should be no censorship at all whether it be black boxes or mosaic filter.

Was about to bang Katherine.
Black bars during sex scene.
Downloaded "Explicit Content" DLC, still black bars for sex scene.
Downloaded "patch" from developer's website, still black bars.
Created the txt document exactly in the manner as dev website describes. Still black bars.

No matter what, when I load the save just before the scene, I get black bars.
Is there maybe an issue where the "patch/dlc" only applies to a newly started game and not a previously saved game?

Not that we're aware of, but I'll check it out. So just to confirm, you can have the Explicit Content DLC installed, see nudity/uncensored bodies WITHOUT the in-game "censor nudity" box checked, and in your Steam install folder for HP (you can "Browse Local Files" in Steam) you have an ExplicitContent.txt file?

No it should work even from a save. I got it to work from a loaded save when I installed it.

I just uninstalled the Explicit DLC, started a new game, started intimacy with Amy and confirmed the black boxes came up, and then saved it right there. Exited game, reinstalled Explicit DLC, and then loaded the aforementioned save game. Restarted intimacy with Amy, and it was fully uncensored. Saved again during this intimacy sequence, loaded THAT save game, and it was still uncensored.

You need to install it via the Library/Game entry for House Party. Installing via the Store page seems to just launch the game without installing the DLC at all. Installing it by clicking the check box on the Library/Game page for House Party should initiate a quick download, and once that is done you can start up the game and play uncensored right away.
