Knocked Out - Won't Get Back Up

While trying to finish the Sucker Punch achievement, I had another fight with Frank (which I luckily got my first punch while he was looking away so I got the achievement), and after knocking him out, he doesn't get back up. If I select the option to Slap Awake, a message appears with something along the lines of he's had his bell rung too many times.

Is there any way to get Frank back up? I'm thinking since a message appears that it's an intended feature for him to stay down but thought there may be something I've missed to revive him.

Check out Madison's closet. Take and inspect a few things from there. There's an item that can help with that ;)

Thanks - I already had the toy in my inventory but can't figure out how to use it on Frank.

Inspect it, read the inspect text carefully, and then open its radial from the inventory again. It only works when "used" on a KO'd Frank.

It worked this time - I did it the exact same way as I did before so I'm not sure what the problem was. Maybe I was just in the wrong position slightly.

Yeah, it can be a bit tricky. It might be something that needs to be tweaked in the future. No problem!
