Using the console change OrgasmSensitivity to 1 for the player.
Both sex and alcohol will reduce OrgasmSensitivity. But too much alcholol will get you drunk.
If you have 1 or 2 drinks you'll still need to have sex like 10 times.

You can also hit 'p' and then '1'. That affects your sensitivity as well.

If you really need a console command, it's (on mobile so I'm....98% sure this is right):

modifyvalue player OrgSensitivity equals 1

In the above, replace 'Org' with...you know. If you need a reference for the player's values you can use:

modifyvalue player list
