Hello i was looking for Letty everywhere but she is missing ....she will come later or something ?! ..or why i dont have her ...( my game is update to 0.14.0 version )

She isn't at the party by default, you need to make her come to the place.

I don't want to spoil it for you by just voicing it out, but there are several communication tools (electrical devices) and one can be used to make her appear.

If you really want to know, I'll write the answer in here as a spoiler:
You can call her at Ashley's laptop in the study room. You only need to talk with Ashley and about her relation with Madison and then you can unlock the laptop and invite Lety.
